Chassis Loose refers to a combination of four parts: the drive train, the drive train, the steering train, and the braking train. The Chassis Loose supports and installs the car engine and its components and assemblies to form the overall shape of the car, withstand engine power and ensure normal driving.

The role of the Chassis Loose is to support and install the automobile engine and its components and assemblies to form the overall shape of the automobile, and to receive the power of the engine to make the automobile move and ensure normal driving. At the same time, a good Chassis Loose can ensure the safety of the driver's life.

The Chassis Loose consists of four parts: the drive train, the drive train, the steering train, and the braking train.

The drive train is mainly composed of clutch, transmission, universal joint, drive shaft and drive axle.

Clutch: Its role is to make the power of the engine smoothly engage or temporarily disengage the transmission so that the driver can start, stop, and shift the car.

Transmission: Consisting of the transmission case, transmission cover, first shaft, second shaft, intermediate shaft, reverse shaft, gear, bearing, operating mechanism and other components, it is used for car speed change and variable output torque.

The driving system consists of frames, axles, suspensions, and wheels. The basic function is to support the quality of the entire car and ensure the car's driving.

Leaf springs and shock absorbers: The role of leaf springs is to maintain a flexible connection between the frame and the body and the wheels or axles. The function of the shock absorber is to reduce the vibration when the car is shocked. Shock absorbers are used in parallel with leaf springs.

The steering system is composed of a steering wheel, a steering gear, a steering knuckle, a knuckle arm, a tie rod, and a straight rod, etc., and is used for steering.

Front-wheel positioning: In order to keep the car straight and stable, light steering, and reduce the wear of tires and steering gear during driving, the installation of the front wheel, steering pin, and front axle have a relative position. It's called "front wheel alignment." It includes the backward tilt of the main pin, the inward tilt of production and sales, and the front wheel toe. The toe value refers to the difference between the distance between the front edges of the two front wheels and the distance between the rear edges.

Braking system: The braking performance of a motor vehicle refers to the effectiveness of the vehicle forcibly stopping in the shortest time.

The role of the hand brake: The hand brake is a device that prevents the car from slipping when parked and, under special circumstances, cooperates with the foot brake.

Hydraulic brake structure: The hydraulic brake device is composed of the brake pedal, master cylinder, cylinder, drum (wheel) brake and oil pipe.

Pneumatic brake device: It consists of a brake pedal, air compressor, barometer, brake valve, brake air chamber, drum (wheel) brake and air pipe.
