Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity. 
2. How long is the lead time of the samples? 
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. 
3. How long is the production lead time? 
For some items we keep some stock that can be delivered in 2 weeks. New poductioin leadtime 25-60 days.

For some orders with small quanity we can deliver by air or express, And for bulk and big quantity we will deliver via ocean by FCL or LCL.
