Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What are your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4: What's the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 15 working days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order? 
A: Please tell us what products you need first. Like engine mount, the moq is 50pcs for most of the parts. But we can provide any stock as samples for you to check the quality first.

Q8. If l have a product wants to be made in other special material, can you do it? 
A:Of course, you just need to provide us designed drawings or sample and R&D department will estimate that whether we can do or not, we will give you the most satisfactory reply.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
